My wife always says things like, if you don’t pick this up I’m going to beat your tail.  She says this in a very babyfied way.  Its cute and Noah, our son has began to pick up on this. 

The other day, after working outside nearly all day, I came in and crashed on the couch.  My son said, “geh uhh” daddy (that’s get up in baby language).  After trying to explain to my barely two year old son that I was dead tired he told me… “geh uhh, [or] i bea you ail.”  And of course I couldn’t compete with that so I got up… :)

Yogi
